The 217-seat restaurant, featuring custom-made wooden furniture in two large dining rooms, is a second location of the business, which started at regional farmers markets 10 years ago and opened its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the Whitehouse Station section of Readington Township, New Jersey, five years ago. Stratton and her partner, Jillian Kressly, also briefly operated a Phillipsburg location last year.
