The Milwaukee Brewers announced that their newest dining outlet, the Restaurant To Be Named Later, will officially open on March 6.
The restaurant is in the left-field corner of Miller Park, in place of the former TGI Friday’s.
Restaurant To Be Named Later is a year-round dining option, open daily at 11 a.m. serving lunch and dinner.
Executive Chef Adam Miller has created the restaurant’s menu, which features classic Wisconsin food with a twist, like the Double Play Burger made with a Johnsonville Brat patty, cheese, ale mustard and cherry compote on a brioche bun.
It will also have a full-service bar with a modern look, featuring cocktails and beer offerings from Molson Coors.
On game days, fans can purchase ticket packages that include seats on the restaurant’s outdoor porch or inside along the glass windows overlooking the field.
The Brew Room, for larger groups and private parties, was recently updated and is available for rental year-round. Game-day Brew Room rentals include general admission seating, buffet food, a private bar with two complimentary beers per adult and flat screen TVs.
Restaurant To Be Named Later was announced in October. It gets its name from a phrase often used in baseball transactions.
Restaurant To Be Named Later is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
