A watch party has been scheduled starting at 8 p.m. at the 24 Caroline St. establishment, according to the Saratoga County Chamber. The event is free and open to the public, and appetizers will be provided. Chef Hunter, who studied at the Culinary Institute of America, will be on hand.

Hunter graduated from Scotia-Glenville High School and Capital Region BOCES’ Culinary Tech Prep program, BOCES said. The prep program allowed Hunter to gain real-world experience and even travel to Austria, officials said.
