Fine & Dandy and Sophomore Spanish Club are offering both take-out and groceries available for curbside pickup.

Since the coronavirus outbreak caused many restaurants to close, chefs in Jackson are creating new ways to serve their customers.

Chef Enrika “Ey” Williams of Fauna Foodworks, previously located at the Cultivation Food Hall will host a fast food drive-thru pop-up during Fine & Dandy’s Drive-Thru, Grocery and Hot Food Extravaganza on Tuesday at 12 p.m.

The pop-up menu includes:

  • Netfilx and chili dog
  • Chicken Sosatie Empanadas
  • Newleaf Salad
  • Fresh ginger limeade
  • Indy lemon icebox pies

Chef Ey said owner of Fine & Dandy, Ray Scott-Miller asked her to create some fast food options for the event and she happily accepted.

The restaurant  is set to have pop-ups until Friday, including a crawfish boil, a BBQ drive-thru pop-up with Chef Charles Ferguson and a Facebook live with the Farmer’s Market.
