Chef Ellen King and co-owner Julie Matthei must have summoned the supernatural to do what would’ve been challenging under normal circumstances, let alone during a pandemic-caused shutdown. We can’t enter the new stunning shop yet, but we can get a glimpse through storefront windows of exposed brick walls and reclaimed wood. Their DIY video tour reveals even more of their 7,000 square foot building, including the wholesale heaven in back.
