The recipe serves 4-5 people:1 kg mutton pieces2-3 green cardamom2-3 black cardamom1-2 cinnamon stick, crushed2 bay leaves3-4 cloves3 tsp fennel powder1 tsp ginger powder2 tsp turmeric powder2-3 tsp asafoetida2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves4 cups water1/2 cup milk1 tbsp gheeSalt to tasteMethod:1. In a pan, add water and heat it.2. Add the pieces of mutton to it.3. Add black cardamoms, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, bay leaves and salt to it.4.
